OFSI issues disclosure notice for NGOs On 14 March, OFSI published a report setting out a breach of Regulation 36(6) of the Counter Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) 2019 (âthe Counter Terrorism Regulationsâ) against charities which failed to respond to a request for information. Enforcement action has been taken against 3 Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) for failing to respond to OFSIâs requests for information. OFSI assess the breach to be of moderate severity and therefore disclosure is deemed to be the most appropriate and proportionate enforcement action.
