October in review: Bradt's best bits

As October draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to look back on the past few weeks...

This month we published four new titles. Thanks to the hard work of our authors and editorial team, we've explored the highlights of Jordan, discovered the beauty of Croatia's Dalmatian Coast, learnt how to paddle Britain and reflected on the history of the Holocaust in Europe.

Entries have been rolling in to our New Travel Writer of the Year competition and our judges are primed and ready to start the ranking process next month. If you haven't entered yet, you have until 15th November to throw your hat in the ring!

4) Get lost on the ‘Eighth Continent’ of Madagascar

Find quirky lemurs, colourful chameleons, and towering baobabs on a safari in Madagascar, where wildlife encounters are unlike anywhere else on Earth.
