NYSERDA provisionally awarded three offshore projects in October, but has decided against granting final awards to Attentive Energy One, Community Offshore Wind, and Excelsior Wind.
Project focuses include electric vehicle components and chargers, solar components, clean steel, critical materials processing and recycling, and other clean energy products.
