 COOK THIS NOW  A thick slice of cheddar cheese dipped in Nutella was one of those secret snacks my sisters and I developed scrounging through the cupboards after school when our parents weren’t watching. It was so good we eventually had to share the secret, and turn it into grilled cheese sandwiches. This simple recipe is just the thing if these anxious times have you reaching for childhood comforts and you have a jar of chocolate spread in your pantry. It’s best enjoyed as a late-night or mid-afternoon snack, perhaps with a glass of milk over ice, my favorite childhood “cocktail.”  What We're Talking About
