| In a statement Wednesday, North Koreaâs first vice foreign minister Kim Kye Gwan said the country has no interest in a summit with the United States if itâs going to be a âone-sidedâ affair where itâs pressured to give up its nuclear weapons. He also criticized recent comments by President Trumpâs top security adviser John Bolton and other U.S. officials who have been talking about how the North should follow the âLibyan modelâ of nuclear disarmament and provide a âcomplete, verifiable and irreversible dismantlement.â
