New Saints WR Kevin White ready to live up to the expectations

The Saints added wide receiver Kevin White to their roster on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, he made his debut in practice for his new team.

Afterwards, I caught up with him as he he talked about how thankful he is the Saints gave him an opportunity.  Now, he wants to avoid injuries and prove he deserved to be the seventh overall pick in the 2015 draft.

Jameis Winston, who was picked first in that draft, is now his teammate and is in a position battle with Taysom Hill. Winston and Hill were a bit inconsistent in Wednesday's practice. Luke Johnson gives you the latest on the Taysom vs. Jameis battle. And Amie Just gives you other observations from practice No. 16.

Also, there's a bit of controversy surrounding the Saints' ticket refund policy. Amie Just fills you in on that after attorney general Jeff Landry asks lawmakers to withhold funding for the Saints unless the policy changes.

And a bit of sad news as former Saints defensive line coach John Pease passed away.
