Good afternoon,

This is a breaking coronavirus bulletin from The Scotsman.

We'll start with the biggest news of the day as it could be a sign of things to come for Scotland.

The Welsh Government has announced a circuit-breaker lockdown.

All non-essential shops, as well as pubs and restaurants, will close and people have been asked to stay at home.

All indoor and outdoor gatherings have been banned unless involved one single household.

We covered a few weeks ago what a 'circuit breaker' lockdown means, if you need a refresher it's here.
