This week's top real estate headlines


It's been a busy real estate week for the Golden State Warriors: team majority owner Joe Lacob bought a $29 million Malibu vacation mansion, while superstar player Stephen Curry spent $31 million on a brand-new Silicon Valley estate, in what was the biggest Bay Area transaction of 2019.
