The 'Oosterschelde' will sail around the world for the next two years. Just before the start of the DARWIN200 Global Voyage, we would like to welcome you on board for an evening sailing trip in The Netherlands. While we sail, we will enjoy a delicious dinner on the water.

| | THE OCEAN RACE SCHEVENINGEN
Months after the start of the 'toughest sporting event in the world', we are once again present in a host port of The Ocean Race! We were in Cabo Verde in January to welcome the IMOCA and VO65 racing yachts, and now we are at home in The Netherlands. This week, the Dutch coastal town Scheveningen is the center of the sailing sport. The 'Oosterschelde' sails with groups to watch the In-Port Races and is also open to the visitors of the event. All yachts seem to be ready for the 'Grand Finale' to Genova, which will start tomorrow! |

| | NEW JOB!
After twelve super fun and diversified years, I (Elvira) will say goodbye to the shipping company upon the 'Oosterschelde's' departure for the DARWIN200 Global Voyage coming August. I am going to miss the job, and in particular all the crew, guests, and Mattias and Gerben!
I will of course continue to follow the ships and perhaps see you on board! |
