Initiatives in the Azores

The Ocean Initiative season is in full swing in our Europeans chapters. Focus on the commitment of our local chapter in Azores islands. After a fruitful rubbish collection in the Enseada corrie inside the nature reserve of Alagoa in Fajãzinha, a new Ocean Initiative will be organized on Sunday the 30th April to Ribeira Saõ Bento.

BORDEAUX

Don't miss out the Garonne caravan's first stop

From April 29th to the 30th 2017, the Garonne River Caravan is making its first stopover in Bordeaux for an awareness-raising action on marine litter and their impact on the environment. This first stopover will be filled with an aperoboat on the well-known "Iboat", conferences, concerts, cultural visits and many other educational activities.

Conference stopover for the Seine Caravan

On Tuesday April 25th, the Cergy ESSEC Business School’s student associations are organizing with Surfrider a conference on marine litter, circular economy and zero waste.

This conference is open to the public and is a great opportunity to meet those committed for a sustainable future.
