| | | | | | | | | | By Decree 398 of March 13, 2020, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism regulated Article 19 of Law 222 of 1995, to facilitate the execution of virtual meetings of shareholder general assemblies, boards of partners and boards of directors, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19. On the other hand, on March 19, 2020, the Superintendence of Companies, through an External Circular, issued some instructions and recommendations regarding these meetings.
