CMS has joined with OSHA in suspending its mandate for COVID-19 vaccination of healthcare workers while the interim final rule is under a legal challenge. Hospitals are welcome to voluntarily enforce the requirement anyways, says CMS. In a memo, CMS told surveyors not to survey to the vaccination rule until further notice.

The number of MSPs making more than $100,000 has increased over the past year, according to the 2021 MSP Salary Survey. This year, 22.3% of respondents reported earning $100,000 or more, compared to 19.5% in 2020.
