Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim and renowned critic of Islam, revealed she has converted to Christianity in an essay published on UnHerd. Ali originally turned to atheism after becoming disillusioned with Islam in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In her essay, she critiques atheism for leaving a "God hole," which she attributes to the rise of irrational ideologies and the erosion of Western values. Read more.

Multiple news outlets, including CNN, have denied insinuations made in media watchdog Honest Reporting's expose questioning the presence of photojournalists as Hamas launched its Oct. 7 attack on Israel. The report specifically questioned why journalists who freelance for CNN, The New York Times, Reuters and The Associated Press appeared to be at the border early in the morning ahead of the attack. A former church accountant has been sentenced to five years in prison for embezzling more than $176,000 from Galilee Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach, Va. Andrew Patrick Landsperger, who stole money from the church throughout 2022, has also been ordered to pay restitution. Read more.
