| Dierbare lezers, Afgelopen week vond de Algemene Vergadering van onze vereniging, ICF Belgium, plaats.
Een aangroeiende waardevolle community van professionele coaches, daar zetten we actief op in de komende tijd. Samen met vele collega-coaches kunnen we de misverstanden over coaching de wereld uit helpen. ICF Belgium kan rekenen op de steun van ICF Global. Een schat aan artikels, onderzoekscijfers, webinars en peer-to-peer platforms ligt voor het grijpen. Deze waardevolle content is bedoeld voor àlle stakeholders, en zullen we in de toekomst nog meer in de schijnwerpers zetten.
Daarenboven wil ICF Belgium het vertrouwde en herkenbare lokale accent blijven toevoegen. Uiteraard! Want ICF Belgium steunt op 20 jaar ervaring met kwalitatieve events.
Maak kennis met ons vernieuwd, drietalig bestuur (zie artikel hierna) en ontdek hoe ook jij een steentje kan bijdragen aan onze community of ICF coaches.
Live events zijn in trek, meer dan ooit. Elkaar ontmoeten, van gedachten wisselen bij een glas... Het kan weer, het mag weer! Op 5 September, ter gelegenheid van de conferentie van Karl Van Hoey (MCC) over de ICF kerncompetenties voor teamcoaching, nodigen we jullie dan ook graag LIVE uit in onze HQ bij Transforma in Evere. We kijken ernaar uit jullie allen te ontmoeten en kennis te maken. We zetten die avond alle ICF Belgium-medewerkers in de bloemetjes. Onze eerstvolgende nieuwsbrief ontvang je na de zomer. Dus wens ik jullie, in naam van onze ambassadeurs en bestuursleden, een deugddoende, inspirerende en liefdevolle zomer toe! PS: We zitten niet stil de komende maanden. Dus reik gerust naar ons uit, met je vragen, initiatieven, ideeën. We luisteren graag!

| Chers membres,
La semaine passée notre association, ICF Belgium,a organisé son Assemblée Générale.
Une communauté de coaches professionnels, en pleine croissance et à valeurs ajoutées, tel est l’objectif que nous nous fixons. Ensemble, avec de nombreux collègues-coaches, nous pouvons dissiper les malentendus concernant le coaching dans le monde.
ICF Belgium peut compter sur le soutien d’ICF Global. Une multitude d'articles, de résultats de recherche, de séminaires en ligne et de plates-formes d'échanges sont mis à notre disposition. Ce contenu à haute valeur ajoutée est destiné à toutes les parties prenantes, et nous le mettrons encore plus en évidence à l'avenir.
En plus de cela, ICF Belgium veut continuer à promouvoir les particularités locales et reconnues. Evidemment! Car ICF Belgium peut s’appuyer sur ses 20 ans d’expérience et l’organisation d’événements de qualité.
Rencontrez notre conseil d'administration renouvelé, trilingue (voir l'article ci-dessous) et découvrez comment vous pouvez vous aussi contribuer à l’évolution de notre communauté de coaches ICF.
Nous aspirons plus que jamais à des événements en présentiel. Se rencontrer, échanger nos points de vue autour d'un verre. C’est à nouveau possible, c’est à nouveau permis ! Le 5 septembre, à l'occasion de la conférence de Karl Van Hoey (MCC) sur les compétences fondamentales d’ICF pour le coaching d'équipe, nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter en live à notre Siège social à Transforma à Evere. Nous sommes impatients de vous y rencontrer nombreux et de faire plus ample connaissance. Tous les volontaires d'ICF Belgium sont honorés ce soir-là.
Vous recevrez la prochaine édition de notre newsletter après l'été. Ainsi, au nom de nos Ambassadeurs et des membres du Conseil d'Administration, je vous souhaite un été agréable, inspirant et plein d'amour!

Nous sommes énormément reconnaissants du dévouement et de l'énergie déployés par nos anciens membres du Conseil d'Administration, Béatrice Burton (Secrétaire Générale), Vincent Legast (membre du CA) et Anca Pop (Trésorière), ainsi que de l'Ambassadrice Nolwen Grassin.
Et nous nous réjouissons de les accueillir lors nos événements futures. Après l'été, 05/09/2022, nous passerons un moment ensemble avec eux autour d’un bon verre à leur santé !
Nous profiterons encore de la contribution d'Anca Pop dans le futur, dans les coulisses. Et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants!

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous accueillons Chantal Van Dyck (ACC), qui reprendra les tâches de Secrétaire Générale de Béatrice Burton.
Les tâches du Trésorier sont transférées de Anca Pop vers Stefan Sauer (PCC). Nous lui souhaitons la bienvenue.
Past-Président Gaëtane Lenain nous maintiendra son support au sein du Conseil d’Administration jusque fin Décembre, ce pourquoi nous l’en remercions.

On ne se porte pas volontaire pour l'ICF Belgium comme ça!
C'est pourquoi nous aimons rechercher ensemble avec les candidats ambassadeurs, une opportunité gagnante pour tous.

Wat zijn we ongelooflijk dankbaar voor de toewijding en energie van onze gewezen bestuursleden Béatrice Burton (Secretary General), Vincent Legast (Bestuurslid) en Anca Pop (Treasurer) en van Ambassadrice Nolwen Grassin! En we zien hen graag tegemoet op onze events in de toekomst. Na de zomer, op 5 september, drinken we samen op hun gezondheid!
Van Anca Pop’s bijdrage mogen we nog even verder genieten, achter de schermen. En daar zijn we heel dankbaar voor.

Met plezier kondingen we de komst aan van Chantal Van Dijck (ACC) die de rol van Secretary General overneemt van Béatrice Burton. De fakkel die Anca overdraagt is die van Treasurer. Deze rol zal Stefan Sauer (PCC) voortaan behartigen. Tot eind december mogen we ook rekenen op de steun van onze Past-President, Gaëtane Lenain.

| We hope you enjoyed International Coaching Week 2022!
Together with more than 140 chapters worldwide we were part of a weeklong global celebration that educates the public about the value of working with a professional coach and acknowledges the results and progress made through the coaching process. During ICW, individuals and organizations all over the world are being encouraged to understand, explore, test and discover the possibilities coaching provides through a variety of events, such as webinars, conferences, educational workshops, panel discussions, public coaching demonstrations and pro bono coaching sessions. So of course, our local ICF chapter in Belgium created a conference as well: 'The Overview Effect - A metaphor for coaching'.
We were very proud to present these two inspiring speakers to all stakeholders!

| ICF Belgium is not an island. It is part of a large community, the ICF family. Don't miss out on this second edition of OPEN SPACE, organised by our fellow EMEA chapters.
What is the Open Space for?
The ICF European Online Open Space offers a forum where you can exchange ideas with other international coaches from the EMEA community about your current concerns/topics and questions via Zoom. The general language will be English – but if you would like, we can also open breakout rooms in different languages. You determine the topics and the conversations. We offer the platform and the framework for you. Non-ICF members are also cordially invited, so share with your network. How does it work? Follow the link and see you there!
