When our phone rings, naturally we answer it, sometimes when we aren't sure whose number is showing on our screen. It's important to remember that scammers can use what appears to be a local number. If you don't recognize the number, it's ok to let it go to voicemail. If it's someone who is trying to reach you and wants a call back, they will leave a message. Missing a call may help prevent and stop a scam. |
