Trump's doctor, without addressing past tests, says president is 'no longer considered' a risk for transmitting COVID-19

In a memo released by the White House on Saturday night, Dr. Sean Conley said President Donald Trump is "no longer considered a transmission risk to others" on day 10 since the start of his bout with COVID-19. The memo did not address whether Trump has tested negative for the virus.
