The Supreme Court has agreed to hear TikTok's argument against the US ban. Earlier this month, a federal court decided to uphold the impending law, that would go into effect in January, agreeing with legislator's insights about possible Chinese influence over the ByteDance-owned app. The case will be expedited, and is expected to go in front of the court on Jan. 10.
