San Jose State head athletic trainer accused of sexual misconduct resigns after USA TODAY investigation into school's handling of the case

Multiple female athletes accused Scott Shaw of unwanted touching in 2009, but the university found no wrongdoing and closed the case in 2010. A new investigation into those past claims launched in December.
