'Organizer' for Proud Boys, an extremist group with ties to white nationalism, charged in US Capitol riots

In court documents, federal prosecutors claimed that Joseph Biggs, 37, encouraged extremists to join the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riots and that he unlawfully entered the Capitol himself through the destruction of federal property.
