NASCAR shares photo of noose from Bubba Wallace's garage, says search of all racetracks found 11 pulldown ropes in knots and only one noose

An FBI investigation concluded on Tuesday that Wallace was not the target of a hate crime. On Thursday, during a conference call with reporters, NASCAR president Steve Phelps announced its findings after searching 1,684 garage stalls at its racetracks.
