Cleveland Browns sign Kareem Hunt, ex-Chiefs running back who was shown on video shoving and kicking a woman last February

Hunt, who was released by the Kansas City Chiefs in November, remains ineligible to play or practice while he is on the exempt list. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said before the Super Bowl the league was still investigating multiple incidents involving Hunt, who could be subject to a suspension as part of the league's conduct policy.
