In this week’s wine finds, Tanji shares one of her favorite, most sippable picks: The Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir ($48). This bottle from the Willamette Valley has a touch of earthy minerality and pairs well with almost every protein. This weekend we’ll be pouring it alongside our Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Tacos. The hints of dark cherry and blackberries in the wine nicely compliment the spices and cola in the aromatic braise.
