2020 complaint surfaces after LSU student dies
By KELLY P. KISSEL Another rape complaint has been filed against a principal in the Madison Brooks case. Investigators took another look at a 2020 rape accusation in Livingston Parish and last night one of the four men arrested in last weekend's assault on the LSU student was arrested again. A witness in a murder-for-hire case has died in prison. Tyler Ashpaugh had agreed to testify against a former Baton Rouge car dealer accused of arranging a hit on his wife.
