In addition to finding your online product support documentation, software drivers, firmware and more – we have incorporated your feedback to deliver new capabilities including: Powerful search to find documentation and software Faceted filtering for more focused search results Streamlined navigation in a single drop down menu An in-depth help menu for easier assistance Improved ask for site help form and feedback button

Partners can also download a single end user group’s device data from their My Customers section.

Insight RS 7.7 Patch 3 This patch includes all capabilities from Insight RS 7.7 Patches 1 and 2 as well as the resolution of identified defects since the last release. It can be installed directly on the base 7.7 release or on top of 7.7 Patches 1 or 2. This patch is currently available through the Insight RS Software Update Manager in the Insight RS GUI.
