Understanding and Addressing the Impact of Structural Racism and Discrimination on Minority Health and Health Disparities (R01 Clinical Trial Optional) (RFA-MD-21-004) This initiative will support observational and intervention research on the impact of structural racism and discrimination on minority health and health disparities. Please read the funding opportunity announcement for information about the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Healths areas of interest within the initiative. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Neural Mechanisms of Force-Based Manipulations: High Priority Research Networks (U24 Clinical Trial Optional) (RFA-AT-21-006) This funding opportunity will support the development of resources to advance study of the neural mechanisms and biomechanics of force-based manipulations (e.g., spinal manipulation, massage, acupuncture). Activities may include research network meetings, conferences, small-scale pilot research, multidisciplinary cross training, and information dissemination.
