Shalom, David here with a quick follow up on my previous email. I am not sure if you have come across it, but a new report was just released on the state of the Israeli economy. Yesterday, the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) revealed another massive spike in the consumer price index, which primarily affects produce like fruits and vegetables, as well as housing. Inevitably, these changes continue making a massive dent in the economy, but sadly, they will hurt the low-income population the most. In the last year alone, the overall increase in food prices is over 36%. This is a month-to-month breakdown from the CBS. |

At the moment, economists can not predict with certainty how long this trend will continue and how bad it will get. At this rate, by the end of the summer, all the food prices will have doubled, which dramatically impacts all low-income families in Israel and especially those who struggle with poverty. For instance, here are some of the examples of the price hikes over the last year: |

At this rate, by the end of the summer, on average, all the food prices will have doubled. This spike dramatically impacts low-income families in Israel, especially those who struggle with poverty. We at FeedIsrael stand with the people of Israel. Our programs are focused on helping those who suffer the most by providing them with food, resources, and education to get through these difficult times. Join our efforts and support those who need it most. |

| Words can not express how thankful we are for all your help. Sincerely, |
