A revamp of the Audubon Clubhouse in Audubon Park is part of a larger deal the Dickie Brennan group made last year to take over catering and private event services across the Audubon Nature Institute. Regulars at Fausto's Bistro in Metairie told its new owners that the restaurant could be even better if it were a bit more spacious, a little quieter and had more parking.
