Neurodiversity refers to the different ways people think, act and behave. Between 15 and 20 percent of the global population are neurodivergent which means they have a mind that diverges significantly from what is considered "normal" or neurotypical.

Neurodivergent conditions can include autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and dyslexia, among others.
