Our Results Report 2024 is out, shedding light on our global impact 2024 marked the hottest year on record so far. Urgent climate action is needed through global cooperation, as the most vulnerable regions and people in the world are already bearing the brunt of climate change. Marking 15 years of climate finance with our first-ever podcast We have released our first-ever podcast, Nordic x Climate Talks, to mark NDF’s 35th anniversary, our 15 years in climate finance, and our Trust Fund, EEP Africa’s 15th anniversary. The podcast explores our initiatives, providing beneficial insights into the topics that push our daily work forward. In the debut episode, we reflect on NDF’s journey in climate and development finance and discuss how the agenda has transformed and the responses to challenges evolved. |
NDF joined Asian Development Bank Annual Meeting 2025 NDF's Deputy Managing Director, Leena Klossner, was present at 58th Asian Development Bank Annual Meeting in Milan, Italy, where more than 5,000 participants joined. Key issues that have been discussed include transforming food systems, digital transformation, frontiers of the energy revolution and how innovation, private sector development and regional cooperation can build resilience against the many challenges the region faces. “While all of these issues are overwhelming to solve, we must, and will, continue the efforts. With the type of creative capital NDF has and partners such as the ADB, we try to find the solutions,” says Klossner who joined two panel discussions, sharing vital knowledge within strategy, resilience and development work. |
