NCCIH Administrative Supplements for Scholars Pursuing Complementary Health Research Career Development

In this video, Lanay Mudd, Ph.D., discusses theNational Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) KL2 Administrative Supplement Program, which will support the clinician-scientist pathway, particularly for individuals with clinical doctoral degrees in complementary and integrative health practices, such as naturopathic medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and other practices.

These KL2 training programs are funded by the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) and are located at Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) Program hubs. The KL2 programs provide research training experiences to prepare a cohort of scholars to become independent investigators.
