Hello, Thursday is when we round-up the best of our lifestyle content for you. National cycle chain Evans Cycles is now riding tandem in Preston just three years after it almost pedalled out of town. The firm, which came within two days of closing down its store on North Road in 2019, has now added a second store on the Deepdale Shopping Park. And the company says the expansion is down to the city's growing reputation as a cycling hotspot in the North West. Home Bargains also has confirmed the opening date for its giant new store at Preston’s Capitol Centre shopping park. It comes as one of Preston’s most popular family attractions will shut its doors at Queens Retail Park. Leaving the shopping park – its home for the last seven years - Fusion Trampoline Park said it hopes to move to a new site in the city before Christmas. Finally, the fantastic Blackpool Air Show also returns this weekend and we’ve got a full rundown of everything you need to know. Thanks for reading, Adam [email protected] Spend the summer with the Lancashire Post and stay up-to-date with what’s happening in Preston and around the county.
