I bought a pack of star patterned napkins last year at an Independence Day sale for 20 cents and saved them for crafting purposes. Here, I've used them to decoupage an old, worn flower pot to give it new life. Filled with red flowers, it makes a nice centerpiece for the 4th of July.

How to Organize and Store Confetti

As someone who enjoys completing craft projects, I have accumulated tons of confetti over the years. Up until recently, I stored it all in baggies. Then someone gave me a medium size utility box and I found that it was a perfect fit for sorting all of my confetti.

This is a picture of our big beautiful saguaro cactus in our front yard. It is blooming and birds come to visit the flowers throughout the day. As big as it is it does not have any holes. It's amazing how huge they can grow and thrive in such hot environments. To have flowers bloom makes them that more fascinating !
