Despite what it may seem like, the timing couldn't be more perfect... With everything going on right now (the COVID panic, record-low interest rates, as well as a mass migration happening right before our very eyes), there has never been a better time to get started, or to boost your exposure to real estate. The fact is, if your only real estate exposure right now is your home, you are under-exposed to this important asset class.
