Donald Trump is the third U.S. president to be impeached. The House of Representatives approved two articles of impeachment, which function politically as charges, alleging Trump abused his power by enlisting a foreign government to investigate a political rival and obstructed a congressional investigation. The articles now move onto the Republican-led Senate for a trial.
Minnesota’s congressional delegation voted mostly along party lines. That was the case for most of Congress. However, Minnesota Rep. Collin Peterson, who represents much of western Minnesota, was among the few Democrats to vote against impeachment. Here’s how how your representative voted.
