The controversial project’s regulatory approval process restarted with Minnesota officials’ release of a new environmental review that finds a spill on the line would be “unlikely” to reach Lake Superior. Duluth’s getting its first medical marijuana dispensary. The proposed expansion by Minnesota Medical Solutions is one of eight new cannabis distribution spots the state is requiring, as the Star Tribune’ Brooks Johnson reports. Minneapolis goes down the middle on its police staffing.
