Mozzarella and Ham Chicken Thighs (GF)

By littergitter

Mozzarella and Ham Chicken Thigh on dinner platesI prefer recipes that are quick and easy to prepare but this one, I will have to say, is not simple, but it is so good! When I make it, I make a lot and freeze the leftovers. They are great to reheat later for an easy meal or lunch at work. They can be quickly reheated in the microwave or served crispy by heating them in the oven.

'Master Cleanse' Lemonade

By Jean Genie

This is the at one time trendy, at one time controversial, Master Cleanse lemonade. Some celebrity or other claimed it helped her lose pounds after giving birth to a baby (a vicious act of vanity as harmful to the mother as to the child) and countless others have claimed it cures everything from toe nail fungus to liver cancer. And oh yes of course WEIGHT. Others claim it is little more than the work of the Devil intent on making long suffering minions buy into yet another harmful over-hyped nonsense and should be avoided at all costs and all copies of Stanley Burrough's book burned for all eternity.

Pumpkin Ginger Bread

By Jackie H.

Pumpkin Ginger BreadI love this time of year. It got so very cold this weekend that I had to turn on my heat... reluctantly! I also turned on the oven and started baking. I thought about making something with pumpkin, but wanted something a bit different. I went looking through all my own recipes and found all my different pumpkin breads, cakes, and muffins. I started making my pumpkin bread recipe and came across a version that has ginger in it. I love ginger in anything, so here we go.

Homemade Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
I buy Keebler chocolate covered graham cracker cookies to have on hand for a "pick me up" treat. One afternoon, I was desperate for chocolate and alas one of my grandchildren had finished the chocolate covered graham cookies, so I was on the search for chocolate.
