'We never forget'Five years after a deadly ambush against Baton Rouge police officers that left two officers and a deputy dead, a group of officers' wives gathered to memorialize the fallen. Reporter Jacqueline DeRobertis has the story. A monumental moveAfter standing over downtown Lafayette for nearly a century, the statue of Confederate Gen. Alfred Mouton was deposed from its podium by a towering crane. The removal prompted cheers and applause from spectators. Reporter Kartie Gagliano was there to bear witness.
