Market for Meal: Morocco Holds Promise As A Key Buyer for U.S. Soybean Products
 
The soybean processing industry is expanding in the U.S., which means there will be an excess of soybean meal. Morocco is already one of the largest soybean meal customers for the U.S., but several market factors are creating opportunities to increase soybean exports to Morocco. AgDay's Michelle Rook traveled to the African country in January with South Dakota soybean producers who are working to develop trading relationships.
 
 

This week, at the National Farm Machinery Show, Great Plains introduced the VT1100 Turbo-Max and announced an expanded lineup for its Terra-Max variable-intensity tool and the addition of Turbo-Seeder for cover crop and forage compatibility. To support producers in regenerative ag efforts, Great Plains is also partnering with Bayer.
