Late last year, a batch of bottled water distributed in Flint was deemed suspicious because of an unusual smell and taste reported by recipients. After testing, officials have determined the water was not contaminated. While that is good news, the bad news is the state has to figure out what to do with tens of thousands of bottles of water left over from the batch.
