The foreclosure lawsuit against the Greene Town Center in Beavercreek will not likely result in its closing, according to the company and industry experts, but some say sale of the property or bankruptcy filings are other possible avenues.
Drug shortages reached a record high this year, and drug prices continue to rise each year, which is what one local lawmaker, Ohio Rep. Tom Young (R-Washington Township), said led to him proposing legislation that would require the state to import drugs from Canada using a private company.
