| | Money over everything, money on my mind Funding, funding, funding. "How do I get funding?" has to be the number one question for nonprofits, for-profits and everything in between. American Rescue Plan Act dollars have been a major funder for small businesses and nonprofits alike in the wake of the pandemic's peak. The City of Baltimore's recent announcement of six- and seven-figure grants for a few local nonprofits (see my article below) reminded me of a common question and complaint I've heard in my two years of reporting in Baltimore: How do you get funding in this city?
