Voyager Technologies (private) is developing a commercial space station called Starlab.

The International Space Station (ISS) is schedule to be decommissioned within 5 years.

NASA plans to use replace the ISS with privately owned space stations. And that includes partnering with private space companies including Voyager and Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin (private).

The U.S. government has been writing big checks for the project.

In 2021 NASA awarded a $160 million contract for Starlab.

In January 2025 NASA awarded contracts to Voyager and Blue Origin for an additional $99.5 million.

Plus, venture capitalists are investing over $253 million in the company.

Voyager Technologies is now preparing to go public in an IPO.

Morgan Stanley is the lead investment bank. And the valuation is expected to be $2.5 - $3 billion, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The IPO filing is currently CONFIDENTIAL.

So, details are limited.
