Non-essential retail will be closed, as well as restaurants, pubs, and bars (with exceptions for takeaways). We asked the people of Glasgow how they felt about the situation. Covid travel bans a 'recipe for confusion' New legal restrictions on travelling between level 3 and level 4 areas have been criticised as 'unenforceable'. The travel ban between these areas has 18 exemptions and police have said there will be no routine stopping of vehicles during the three-week period. Alex Salmond inquiry latest A union chief has raised concerns about the behaviour of MSPs investigating the Scottish Government's botched handling of complaints against former First Minister Alex Salmond.
