CASE DISMISSED: Amid controversy over a New Orleans prosecutor dismissing gun charges against 14 defendants on Mardi Gras, newly released public records shed more light on the cases, including how and why police made the arrests and how the dismissals differ from similar cases in the same court a day earlier.
