Make a shepherd's pie with your leftover potatoes, gravy, and turkey!

Here's a great way to use those leftovers. Usually, a shepherd's pie is made with burger and a tomato base but try it with turkey and gravy.

  1. Saute an onion in a heavy, oven-proof skillet. Add turkey cut into chunks.
  2. Add some veggies. Peas or corn are typical.
  3. Add gravy, enough to make the mixture the way you like it.
  4. Cover with mashed potatoes. Top with grated cheese and a sprinkle of paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees until heated through and the cheese is melted. Times will vary with the pan and the size of casserole.

Add a salad and maybe a side dish and you have a meal.
