Minnesota’s stay-home order takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Friday. That means only leave the house when absolutely necessary. Minnesotans will get more latitude when applying for driver’s licenses, including the Real ID.” More legislative action on COVID-19 is yet to come, top lawmakers say.
