‘Sim 4 STEM' program driving girls to pursue STEM careers in auto racing |
'Sim 4 STEM' was started by former professional motocross racer Stefy Bau and former Olympic field hockey champion Nicci Daly to drive interest and understanding in sim racing, motor racing and STEM education for girls. We join the girls as they build steering wheels, calculate the fastest way around a track, and even check out the famous Indy Speedway as cars barrel around the track at top speeds. “Nightly News: Kids Edition” is sponsored by the Walton Family Foundation to support our reporting on education across the nation. |
