The Swiss business consultancy, Staufen Inova AG has determined the Swiss Change Readiness Index (CRI) in a study. The index expresses the readiness of Swiss SMEs for change. The value of 63 is described as "sound", which means that the companies are already well on the road, but they are not yet on target.
