Discrimination agreement

A subsidiary of LabCorp has agreed to pay $525,000 to 218 Black and Asian applicants to resolve allegations of hiring discrimination at its Indianapolis facility.

Food service job openings

The demand is growing for workers who prepare, serve and deliver meals in restaurants, businesses and schools.

Partnering to protect workers

We're partnering with the Federal Trade Commission to level the playing field for employers and protect workers from anticompetitive, unfair and deceptive practices.

👷 Wage recovery

We recovered $947,547 from four contractors who failed to pay fringe benefits, overtime and prevailing wages to 213 employees working on federally funded construction projects in the Northeast.
