USC School of Law dean steps down Robert Wilcox is stepping down from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He said he took satisfaction in helping to lower tuition for in-state students, working with state legislators for a $5,100 reduction in tuition and changing the perception that the law school was overpriced in the market.
